Guillermo Floris Margadant Derecho Romano Libro Pdf 998 Spanish Civil Code (Hombre Nuevo) 1963, Vol. 1 by Guillermo Floris Margadant This is the most recent of the three editions of the Spanish Civil Code, published in 1963 with 6 volumes. It is different from both the civil code of 1845 and with its predecessor, the code approved in 1883. This new code considers labour relations to be an economic activity like any other, rather than a legal one that can only be regulated in particular cases by law or contract. The new code made the civil code more flexible, simplifying many legal issues, but also giving enough room to make amendments or provide new solutions. The entire Civil Code has been published in 5 volumes under the title "Hombre Nuevo" ("New Man"). The first four volumes are stitched into four thick books, that can be purchased separately. The fifth volume includes several additional regulations that were not incorporated into the original Civil Code of 1863.The Spanish Civil Code (Nuevo Hombre) 1963 contains principles of Spanish Civil Law for all Spanish territory, as well as the country's overseas territories. It serves as a model for other countries' civil law systems which use Spanish language versions of the text. Volume I of the code (only available in spanish) contains general principles: Volume II: Rights of persons: Volume III: Family law. Title I deals with marriage and its effects on property rights, titles II to V deal with family relations in more detail.Title VI deals with the regulation of civil status, the law of personal names and titles VII and VIII contain rules on wills and testaments.
